Why I Created Third Executor

Simplify your legacy, for when life gets complicated, and time is precious..

With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, I have repeatedly encountered the following scenario: A husband or father passes away unexpectedly, leaving the surviving spouse not only to cope with the loss but also to manage the financial assets of her late husband's estate during this challenging time of bereavement.

Where are the financial assets located? How do I access the investment accounts? How do I transfer the assets into my name? Is there a life insurance policy? Where is the will? Where are the trust documents? What are letters testamentary? What is probate? How do I get a death certificate? These are just a few of the many questions I am often asked.

The loss of a loved one is one of life's most challenging moments. When this grief converges with the duty to settle the decedent's estate, it can be overwhelming, even for those who feel prepared. Confronted with this reality, I was compelled to create a way to simplify the process and alleviate this burden.

I have dedicated nearly two decades to cultivating a deep knowledge base and expertise in serving individual investors and the wealth management industry. I understand the financial jargon used by advisors, brokers, and agents. I am fluent in the many different account types and registrations. I have assisted clients in navigating the probate process and witnessed firsthand the critical importance of properly structuring assets to bypass probate. Most importantly, I have become an expert in the intricacies required to facilitate asset consolidation and distribution after death. So, how do I leverage this knowledge and expertise to simplify the financial asset component of the estate and probate process? This is the question that led to the creation of Third Executor.

Third Executor was created to simplify the estate and probate process and alleviate the burdens it creates. Before death, Third Executor helps individuals and families proactively structure their financial accounts and assets to bypass probate. After death, Third Executor assists surviving spouses, beneficiaries, executors, and personal representatives in identifying, locating, consolidating, and distributing the financial assets of a decedent's estate. At its core, Third Executor was created to provide support and ensure people don't feel alone during this overwhelming process.
